Enter through the At the Top entrance at your booked time and an elevator takes you up to the level 124 observation deck in just seconds. You will spend about 1 hour 30 minutes at the observation deck. Free Wi-Fi is available on the deck.

Step out onto the outdoor terrace on level 124, feel the breeze and take in a panorama of the Dubai skyline, the Arabian Gulf and the desert surrounding the city.

Continue up to level 125, decorated with elegant mashrabiya design. Zoom in on the city's landmarks with high-powered observation telescopes and learn about the architecture and engineering behind the building.
Depending on your entry time, catch the sunset and the Dubai Fountain show
Depending on your entry time, you can watch the sunset as the city lights come on, and look down on the Dubai Fountain dancing to music from above. The option with a souvenir includes a souvenir of your visit, and the Dubai Aquarium combo option lets you also visit the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo in The Dubai Mall on the same day.

Meeting point directions:
Enter the Burj Khalifa on the LG floor (lower ground floor), just to the left of the At the Top entrance.
With the Dubai Aquarium combo option, enter the Burj Khalifa at your booked time. If you would like to visit the Dubai Aquarium first, collect your ticket at the At the Top on-site collection counter, then visit the aquarium any time on your booked day. The Dubai Aquarium is on the ground floor of The Dubai Mall and the Underwater Zoo is on the first floor. Walk through the aquarium tunnel on the ground floor and take the escalator up to the Underwater Zoo.
