The Green Planet is a bio-dome designed for immersive exploration of tropical plants and animals. More than 3,000 species live inside the dome, built as a closed ecosystem, with a rainforest spreading around a giant indoor man-made tree.
Meet mysterious creatures in the Bat Cave
Step into The Bat Cave to meet some of nature's most mysterious creatures. You can also see reptiles such as the emerald tree boa up close.
Watch birds, sloths and monkeys up close
Walk among the calls of the many birds flying around the dome. Say hello to one of the two sloths, which sleep 15–20 hours a day, and watch squirrel monkeys leap between trees using their long tails for balance.
Learn about the rainforest with your family
As an educational and leisure facility, The Green Planet makes it easy to learn about the value of rainforest ecosystems, making it a great visit with children.
