We really enjoyed this evening adventure, loved getting to drive the husky sleigh through the forrest and were both so impressed at how well the thermal suits provided kept us warm in -16 conditions. The highlight for me was incredible views of the northern lights! Obviously this was down to luck/timing that we got a beautifully clear night to see them. If I could fault anything it would be that the dogs seemed quite sad and scared, the two on our sleigh were fighting, resulting in one of them being bitten and bleeding. This wasn’t nice to see. :( The dogs were lovely and friendly and very accepting of petting and cuddles though. I also would have liked more focus on the aurora, we were a small group and all in complete awe of what we were seeing, it would have been nice if the guide had recognised this and helped with pictures and info about the lights seeing as for many it was a once in a lifetime experience. Lastly the bus driver with the mowhawk, is amazing, an asset to your team!
