Meeting point directions:
If coming by taxi, ask to be dropped off at the Hard Rock Cafe at Dubai Festival City Mall. From there, walk toward the IMAGINE fountain show; the cruise is on the far right of the show. If coming by car, park in the north parking (P1) of Dubai Festival City Mall and walk to the Waterfront Promenade. The cruise is behind the InterContinental Hotel DFC. Mall valet parking is also available (charged separately by the mall).

Cancellation is available up to 1 day before the date of use.

• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00 Korea time, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Requests received outside business hours will be processed as received on the next business day (within business hours).
