Dubai Desert Safari & Sandboarding (Quad Bike/Dune Buggy Option, Hotel Pickup)

Head into Dubai's red desert
in a 4WD vehicle

Your guide picks you up from your hotel or chosen location in an air-conditioned 4WD vehicle. After about 45 minutes you arrive at the Lahbab Desert, where you stop briefly while tire pressure is adjusted. You can use the restroom or take photos with a falcon.

If you booked an option with a quad bike or dune buggy, you will ride a 35-minute quad bike or 30-minute dune buggy across the dunes here.

Dune bashing and sandboarding across the desert

Ride up and down the dunes on a dune bashing drive in a 4WD, then go sandboarding on the red dunes. Around sunset, the vehicle stops so you can photograph the sunset.

Camel rides and traditional culture at the desert camp

At the desert camp you are welcomed with Arabic coffee, tea, dates, and unlimited water and soft drinks. Enjoy camp activities including a short camel ride (repeatable), wearing traditional Arabic dress, photos with a falcon, shisha and henna tattoos.

Enjoy the shows over a BBQ buffet

In the evening, enjoy an Arabic buffet with live BBQ and local desserts (vegetarian options available). After the Arabian horse show, traditional Yowla dance, falconry show and fire show, you are dropped back at your hotel or chosen location.

※ In summer, pickup times may change due to the heat: 1 hour earlier for morning tours and 1 hour later for afternoon tours. You will be informed in advance.
※ The itinerary may change depending on local conditions.
