This day tour takes you by longtail boat from Koh Lanta Old Town Pier to four islands in the Andaman Sea. Snorkel in waters full of tropical fish and coral, then swim through the Emerald Cave on Koh Muk to a hidden lagoon surrounded by cliffs. Explore the islands off Koh Lanta
by longtail boat
This is a longtail boat day tour departing from Koh Lanta Yai. With the hotel transfer option you are picked up from your accommodation by shared vehicle; options without transfer meet directly at the Lobster Monument at Old Town Pier. Both programs share the same morning schedule and differ only in the last afternoon stop. Some of the places on this route also appeared as filming locations in the movie "Jurassic World Rebirth".
Snorkeling at Koh Chuak and Koh Ma
Leave the pier around 9:00 AM and head to Koh Chuak. Jump into waters full of tropical fish and coral and snorkel for about 40 minutes. In the afternoon there is another snorkeling session of about 40 minutes at Koh Ma.
Swim through the Emerald Cave
to a hidden lagoon
Head to the highlight of the tour, the Emerald Cave (Morakot Cave) on Koh Muk. Following your guide, swim about 80 m through a dark sea cave with a headlamp to emerge in a hidden lagoon surrounded by towering cliffs.
Lunch on Koh Ngai and the afternoon program
Enjoy a local lunch buffet on the quiet beach of Koh Ngai and relax for about 1.5 hours, swimming in the turquoise sea. With Program 2 you visit Koh Kradan in the afternoon for swimming and sunbathing; Program 1 stops at another snorkeling spot instead of Koh Kradan. You return to the Koh Lanta pier around 3:45 PM, and hotel transfer options are dropped off between 4:00 and 5:00 PM.
