What's Not Included
Overtime waiting fees: 2,500 JPY per 30 minutes if the free waiting time is exceeded (fractions of 30 minutes will be rounded up to a full 30-minute block).
Second child seat: 2,000 JPY per seat. Please purchase this as an add-on option when booking your vehicle. Cannot be purchased separately. Maximum of 1 additional seat per vehicle (up to a total of 2 seats).

How To Use
【Information required at the time of booking】
Common: Preferred contact language, number of passengers (including infants), number and size of luggage, presence of a stroller, number of child seats required (0–2) and the age of the children, mobile phone number with country code (required. e.g., Japan +81, South Korea +82), email address. SNS accounts such as LINE are optional.
Airport Pickup: Arrival flight number, scheduled arrival time, terminal, and the exact English name and address of your accommodation.
Airport Send-off: Desired pick-up time, departure flight number, terminal, and the exact English name and address of your accommodation.
【Meeting Instructions】
The day before your scheduled date, driver and vehicle details, along with meeting instructions, will be sent to your registered contact information via KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, LINE, or email.
For airport pickups, the driver will meet you in the arrival lobby holding a name board. For airport send-offs, please board the vehicle at your designated accommodation.
