- Access: 15-minute walk from JR or Hanshin Motomachi Station, 10-minute walk from Minato Motomachi Station on the Kobe Municipal Subway Kaigan Line

Neither facility has dedicated parking, and there are no discounts at nearby paid parking. Surrounding roads can be crowded, so please allow extra time.
