This private one-way transfer connects Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport / ITM) with hotels and accommodation within Osaka City, Kyoto City, Nara City and Kobe City. Prices are per vehicle for a one-way journey within the selected city. Travel time varies depending on the route and traffic conditions.
Vehicle Types & Passenger Capacity
Alphard (or equivalent): 1–6 passengers / Up to four 28-inch suitcases.
Hiace: 1–9 passengers / Up to nine 28-inch suitcases.
A standard 28-inch suitcase is approximately 70×50×27 cm. Luggage capacity may vary depending on the number of passengers, child seats, strollers and actual luggage sizes.

Airport pickup: 90 minutes of free waiting time from the actual flight arrival time and meet-and-greet service with a name board
Airport drop-off: 30 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time

What's Not Included
Exceeding the free waiting time: JPY 2,500 per 30 minutes (fractions of 30 minutes will be rounded up to 30 minutes).
If you require a second child safety seat, please select the corresponding add-on option and purchase it along with the transfer service. This option cannot be purchased individually, with a limit of one additional seat per vehicle (maximum of two seats in total).

How To Use
【Information Required at the Time of Booking】
Common: Preferred communication language, number of passengers (including infants), number and size of luggage, presence of strollers, number of child seats required (0–2 seats) and the age(s) of the child(ren), mobile phone number with country code (required), and email address. SNS IDs such as LINE are optional.
Airport Pick-up: Arrival flight number, scheduled arrival time, North or South Terminal, and the exact English name and address of your accommodation.
Airport Drop-off: Requested pick-up time, departure flight number, North or South Terminal, and the exact English name and address of your accommodation.
【Meeting Instructions】
On the day before your service, the driver or operations manager will contact you via your registered SNS (LINE, KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, etc.) or email to provide the final pick-up time and meeting location.
For airport pick-ups, the driver will meet you in the arrival lobby holding a name board. For airport drop-offs, please board at your designated accommodation.
