and explore the seaside Haedong Yonggungsa Temple
Meet your guide at the accommodation in Busan you provided when booking and set off by vehicle. The tour starts around 9:00 AM.
Your first stop is Haedong Yonggungsa, a temple built right next to the sea. For about 1 hour, your guide introduces the temple's history and symbolism as you see the waves crashing on the rocky shore, the colorful main hall and the Buddha statue facing the sea.
Discover the alleys and murals of Gamcheon Culture Village
Spend about 1 hour in Gamcheon Culture Village, sometimes called the "Machu Picchu of Busan." Walk winding alleys full of colorful houses, murals and installations while your guide tells how a humble hillside village became a cultural landmark. You will also have time to enjoy the views and browse small shops.
Feel Busan's sea and daily life at Songdo and the Nampo-dong markets
At Songdo, walk the skywalk stretching over the sea, then stop at BIFF Square, Jagalchi Market and Gukje Market, exploring each for about 30 minutes with your guide. Lunch is Korean BBQ, with a vegetarian option available.
Stop at Hwangnyeongsan Mountain before heading back
Finally, spend about 30 minutes at Hwangnyeongsan Mountain, then return to central Busan to finish the tour. The tour ends around 5:00 PM.
