Pickup information:
Shared pickup and drop-off are provided from hotels in central Istanbul. Before pickup, the operations team will contact you via WhatsApp with the exact pickup time and vehicle details, so please share your WhatsApp number after booking. Please be ready at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, and if the vehicle cannot access your hotel, wait in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance/security gate. Please check the voucher provided after your booking is confirmed for the exact pickup location and time.

Cancellation is available up to 1 day before the date of use.

• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00 Korea time, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Requests received outside business hours will be processed as received on the next business day (within business hours).
• Please submit cancellation and refund requests during business hours and make sure to receive a cancellation confirmation.
