Take a bus from Civitavecchia, where cruise ships dock, to the center of Rome and spend the day in the city. After a ride of just over an hour you get off at Circus Maximus, and at a set time you board the bus again at the same spot to return to the port. Take the bus from Civitavecchia port
to central Rome
After leaving your cruise ship, take the shuttle bus to the Largo della Pace terminal and meet the staff in green T-shirts at City Sightseeing booth 7. The bus leaves the port at 9:00 and, after just over an hour, arrives at around 10:30 at Circus Maximus in Rome (stop 4 of the hop-on hop-off bus). Assistance on board is available in English, Spanish or Italian.

Meet again at the set time and return to the port
Meet the staff at Circus Maximus at 15:15. The bus departs at 15:30 and arrives in Civitavecchia at around 17:00.
