How to charge

Korea Travel Card can be recharged at any convenience store or subway kiosk nationwide.

Charging method (Cash only)
Subway Kiosk: You can place your card on the unmanned kiosk and recharge it with the amount you want.
Convenience store: You can recharge after telling the staff the amount you wish to recharge.

How to get a refund

You can get a refund at a convenience store after telling the staff the amount you want to refund. Refunds are available for amounts under 20,000 won, and the refund fee is 500 won.

How to pay

This is a payment method for the Korea Travel Card, which can be used anywhere in Korea's famous restaurants, cafes, and public transportation.

When paying for public transportation
When paying for public transportation, please tap your card on the terminal.

For general payment
When making a general payment at a restaurant, cafe, etc., please insert your card into the card terminal and pay as you would with a regular check card or credit card.

When checking balance and canceling payment
You can check your balance by tapping your card on the mobile app.
When you cancel a payment, you will receive a refund coupon from Mobile Yap and the cancellation balance will be restored.

Things to note when recharging coupons
When recharging a coupon, do not remove the card from your phone until the recharging is complete.
When using the mobile app, if you are using Android, it can be used in NFC basic mode.
