From Dubai: Red Dune Desert Safari & Camel Ride Tour

Ride across the red dunes
in a 4x4 vehicle

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel or chosen location in Dubai in an air-conditioned 4x4 vehicle. On the way to the desert, you will stop briefly to adjust the tyre pressure for a smooth ride. During this stop you can use the restroom, take photos with a falcon and, if you like, choose to go quad biking.

When you arrive in the desert, enjoy 30-45 minutes of dune bashing with a trained driver. Feel the thrill as the vehicle climbs and glides over the dunes.

Enjoy sandboarding and a camel ride

Try sandboarding down the dunes and stop to capture the desert scenery in photos. Then ride a camel across the open desert at the red dunes. Afterwards, relax in an air-conditioned tent with soft drinks, water, Arabic tea or coffee and dates.

Ride a quad bike on a desert track

If you choose an option with quad biking, you will drive a quad bike yourself along a marked desert track for 35 minutes. Options without quad biking do not include this part.

Enjoy a BBQ dinner at Al Khayma Camp

If you choose the 7-hour tour, you will head to Al Khayma Desert Camp and be welcomed with rose water, Arabic coffee, local sweets and dates. You can feed the camp's camels or ride one across the dunes, and also enjoy falcon interaction, henna painting and the shisha corner.

After watching the sunset, enjoy a BBQ dinner with vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes while watching shows such as traditional dance, a falconry show and an Arabian horse show. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel or chosen location.
