The dinner course is also excellent. A refreshing 4-course dinner begins with bread and a welcome drink (Prosecco).
After that, enjoy the main dish, which is seafood or chicken that enhances the flavor, and Tony wine with dessert, and spend a meaningful time with your loved ones. It's great as a start to your trip or as a finish!

Bread and welcome drink (Prosecco)

Course 1: Entree Sharing platter
 *Salmon ceviche + lightly seared scallops + chicory, radicchio, frisee salad w/ rosé or Riesling wine

Course 2: Mid entree
 *Grilled prawns with vertical cuts

Course 3: Main dish
 *Herb-crusted chicken breast or today's grilled fish w/ Chardonnay or Cabernet red wine

Course 4: Dessert
 *Classic Opera cake or Hawaiian Island w/ Tony wine
