How to get there

To visit the JR Tower observation deck, it is best to enter the Stella Place building on the east side of JR Sapporo Station. We recommend taking the elevator from the basement or first floor of Stella Place to the 6th floor observatory lobby floor, checking in, and then taking the elevator again to the 38th floor.
