The passengers were mostly Taiwanese or Hong Kongers, but even though we couldn't communicate in the same language, the bus driver was incredibly kind, and the check-in counter staff were also very friendly. The audio guide was also well-made and available in Korean. Make sure to bring earphones. We also had discount coupons for a Kavalan whisky tasting (worth $200 per person), so we enjoyed tasting some expensive whisky! I was extremely satisfied.
