Abseil progressively from 5m to 30m
Meet your professional guide in Katoomba for equipment and safety briefings before heading into the wilderness of the Blue Mountains. In the morning, start with abseiling from approximately 5m, gradually increasing the difficulty and height to a maximum of 30m.
Follow your guide's instructions to learn how to use ropes and equipment, and how to descend safely. This makes it accessible even for beginners with no prior canyoning or abseiling experience. Practice multiple descents amidst the stunning scenery of cliffs and valleys in the Blue Mountains, preparing for the afternoon's full canyoning adventure. After the morning session, enjoy a provided lunch and take a short break.
Swim through canyons and descend a 30m waterfall

After lunch, take a 20-minute walk through the forest to the canyon entrance. The real canyoning begins as you enter the valley with its narrow rock passages and flowing stream. Swim between natural rock pools, jump into the water, and experience water slides on naturally formed rock sections.
At the end of the canyon awaits the day's highlight: a descent down a 30m waterfall. Slowly lower yourself down the waterfall using ropes, taking in the views of the deep rock pools below and the vast Blue Mountains canyons. This is a day to experience the wild nature of the Blue Mountains up close through exhilarating activities.
