From Fairbanks: Arctic Circle & Aurora Tour - Small Group

Shannon was wonderful guide. The tour goes with another group in case anything happens on the drive up to the arctic circle. On the drive back, they tried every opportunity to catch the northern lights. Unfortunately we did not have any luck with the lights but one of the stops we made had such clear skies we were actually able to see the milky way and a lot of constellations. Great trip.

The good news, Shannon was incredible. Her knowledge of everything we were doing was second to none. Great sense of humor and just a sweet young lady. Her partner Jessica was just as knowledgeable and great to work with. The bad news, you can’t control the weather. We made it to the Arctic circle okay but the weather was rainy/snowy for most of the trip so we did not get to see the aurora. No one’s fault but disappointing. If you plan on taking this trip we highly recommended asking for Shannon.

I purchased this tour expecting the transportation to be provided in a safe and professional manner. Instead the company's decision to place an excessive number of passengers in a small vehicle resulted in conditions that were unacceptable and significantly affected my experience.

An unforgettable experience, we’re so glad we did it! The landmarks we stopped at along the way were interesting and Jessica was so knowledgeable. The group size was perfect and made for a friendly atmosphere. Jessica tried so hard to find the northern lights for us but unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side. We still enjoyed it and learnt so much about life in Alaska. Thank you!
