Orlando International Airport (MCO) ↔ Orlando & Disney Area Private Transfer

A direct private ride between
Orlando International Airport and the Orlando and Disney area

Choose the direction you need: an arrival transfer from the airport to your accommodation in Downtown Orlando or the Disney area, or a departure transfer from your accommodation to the airport. Since the vehicle is reserved only for your group, you travel straight to your destination without waiting for other passengers or changing vehicles.

The service suits everyone from solo travelers and couples to families and groups of up to 14 people. All fees and taxes for the ride are included.

For airport arrivals, your driver contacts you when you land

After booking, you will receive an SMS with transfer instructions. Your driver tracks your flight to confirm the arrival terminal and, once you land, contacts you via WhatsApp, phone, or text to arrange the meeting point. When you are ready, the vehicle arrives at the meeting point within 5 minutes.

For international flights, select a start time that allows you to clear customs and immigration. For domestic flights, select your scheduled arrival time. Your driver waits for free for 60 minutes from the selected time.

For departures, you are picked up at the time you choose

When going from your accommodation in Downtown Orlando or the Disney area to the airport, select your preferred pickup time as the start time. Depending on the option, 15 minutes of waiting time at the hotel is included, and the driver team will let you know the exact meeting point in advance. Traffic in Orlando can be heavy, so please allow plenty of time.

Travel comfortably in a vehicle sized for your group and luggage

Groups of 1–3 ride in a sedan, 4 in an SUV, 5 in a minivan, 6–8 in an 8-seat minibus, and 9–14 in a 14-seat minibus. Based on standard 22-inch luggage, a sedan holds 3 pieces, an SUV 4, a minivan 5, and a minibus 8 or 14. If you have more luggage, a vehicle upgrade fee applies. Your professional driver will also help with your bags in the air-conditioned vehicle.

※ The standard fare covers Downtown Orlando or the Disney area. Pickups or drop-offs in other areas incur an additional charge depending on the exact address.
※ Oversized luggage cannot be accommodated.
