This day tour takes you by round-trip bus from Sapporo to Otaru Asarigawa Onsen Ski Resort for a full day of skiing or snowboarding. A lift pass and rental of skis, boots, poles, helmet and goggles are included, so you can head out without worrying about gear. Take a round-trip bus from Sapporo
to Otaru Asarigawa Ski Resort
Meet at the bus parking lot at Sapporo Station North Exit and travel about 2 hours by bus to Otaru Asarigawa Onsen Ski Resort. Known for its powder snow and clean snow quality, the resort has well-groomed slopes from beginner to advanced levels. A lift pass and rental of skis, boots, poles, helmet and goggles are included, and you can choose skiing or snowboarding when booking.
Learn at your own level with a certified instructor
With an instructor package, instructors holding international CASI/CSIA certification from Canada teach in Chinese or English. Groups are divided by skill level, with up to 10 guests per instructor, and the instructor checks your skills and gives safety advice before you take the lift. The instructor also takes photos of your best moments on the slopes throughout the day as a free photo service.
The freestyle package is for those already comfortable on skis, and no instructor is assigned. Beginners are recommended to choose a package with an instructor.
Enjoy lunch and more time on the slopes in the afternoon
After about 2 hours on the slopes in the morning, enjoy about 1 hour for lunch at the resort restaurant, with Japanese dishes such as curry pork cutlet rice and ramen (at your own expense). Spend about 2 more hours on the slopes in the afternoon, then ride the bus for about 2 hours back to Sapporo Station North Exit, where the tour ends.
Children who are not skiing can play in Asari Fun Park, a fenced free snow play area, and sleds can be rented on site.

On the day of the tour, the guide will be waiting with a sign reading "Ski Day Tour". Confirm your name with the guide, who will take you to the bus.
