Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Ticket - Express Ropeway Round Trip (Route C) & Downhill Escalator

Tianmen Mountain is one of Zhangjiajie's signature sights, known for its huge mountain cave rising above the city, towering peaks, cliffside walkways and high-altitude skywalks. This product is Route C, going up and down by express ropeway, starting and ending at the downtown cableway station. From the downtown station, take the city shuttle to the Mountain Gate, then ride the express ropeway up to Tianmen Square.

Reach Tianmen Cave via the 999 steps or escalator

From Tianmen Square to Tianmen Cave, a natural arch, you can climb the 999 steps for free or pay a fee on site (CNY 32) to use the upward escalator. Standing in front of Tianmen Cave, you can see the huge natural arch up close.

Walk the cliffside walkways and glass skywalk

At the summit, follow the loop trail past cliffside walkways and a glass skywalk suspended over deep canyons. After your walk, take the downhill escalator (included) to Tianmen Square, then ride the express ropeway and city shuttle back to the downtown station.

※ Route C does not include the main cable car or the 99 Bends road (highway shuttle bus section).
