Sapporo Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill is one of Sapporo's best-known sightseeing spots, home to the statue of Dr. Clark, known as the father of Hokkaido's development. Even though it is within Sapporo city, you can look out over wide pastures and the Ishikari Plain at a glance. Get off at Fukuzumi Station on the Toho Subway Line and take the bus bound for Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill from platform 4 of the Fukuzumi Bus Terminal (about 10 minutes). By car, it takes about 35 minutes from Sapporo Station and about 50 minutes from New Chitose Airport.

Cancellation is available within the validity period (from the day after booking is completed until March 31, 2027), until the QR code is exchanged for an admission ticket. After the exchange or once the validity period has passed, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00 Korea time, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Requests received outside business hours will be processed as received on the next business day (within business hours).
