After landing, proceed to the international arrivals terminal, where a staff member holding a sign with your English name will be waiting. Show your passport and follow the staff to complete immigration through a priority lane. Standard options use Line 4, Premium options use Premium Line 4, and Diamond options use the VIP B lane (Priority 1) with an escort until you exit the immigration area. Collect your luggage on your own after immigration.

On departure, check in first and meet
near counters E–F

Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure, check in with your airline first, and notify the operator as you head to counters E–F. A staff member will be waiting with a sign bearing your name in the departure hall. Fast track customers can use the priority counter and priority check-in lane, and Premium options include priority passage through the customs X-ray (luggage screening).

Check what the service covers

Security screening follows airline procedures and usually takes at least 30 minutes, and the fast track does not make boarding or departure times earlier. Visa services are not included, and staff cannot help handle luggage during customs inspection.
