A mobile voucher will be sent to your email or WAUG app upon reservation confirmation.
We will provide final guidance through the messenger channel you provided 1 day before the date of use.

7-2 days prior to the date of use: 30% of the tour price
Day before the date of use: 50% of the tour price
On the day of use: 100% of the tour price

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-17:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed as received on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and must be confirmed.
• If you cancel your reservation due to personal reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged as above according to the regulations.
• In addition, please note that all fees incurred during the refund process must be borne by the customer.
