• Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email with a voucher containing a link to your digital ticket.
• On the day of use, open the voucher attached to the email on your smartphone.
• Tap the digital ticket link on the voucher.
• Tap 'Use' to activate it. (Valid for 1 hour from activation time)
• Please present your valid digital ticket screen to the bus staff when boarding.

How to Use Your Ticket:
1) Click the voucher link sent upon purchase to open your digital ticket.
2) Tap the 'Use' button on the digital ticket.
3) Present the digital ticket to the driver upon boarding.

* You need a stable internet connection to display the digital ticket on your smartphone or device.
* Screenshots or printed vouchers are not accepted.
* If you purchased multiple tickets in one booking, they will activate simultaneously. To use them separately, please make separate purchases.
* For security, One-Time Password (OTP) authentication may be required. If so, please follow these steps:
1. Enter the email address where you wish to receive the OTP and press 'Send'.
2. Check your email (including spam folder) for the OTP. If not received, there might be an error in your email address. Try opening the voucher link again and re-entering your email.
3. Enter the OTP received via email into the ticket screen and press 'Confirm'. The usage screen will appear upon successful verification.
(The OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please use one you can access on the day of travel.)

・Refunds are available within 3 months of the purchase date, provided the ticket has not been activated.
・A cancellation fee of ¥110 per ticket will apply.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00, excluding weekends and public holidays). Requests made outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
• You must receive confirmation of your cancellation before it is considered complete. Please contact us during business hours to request a cancellation and refund.
