This is a hands-on class where participants actively make sushi, not just watch demonstrations. It's beginner-friendly and suitable for children, making it a great choice for families, couples, and friends.


Make Your Own Nigiri & Maki Rolls

Learn the basic techniques of Edo-mae style sushi under the guidance of an expert. You'll practice shaping sushi rice with the right amount of pressure, handling toppings, and placing fish.

Besides nigiri, you'll also make maki rolls. Learn how to add ingredients and roll them neatly. You can then enjoy the sushi you've created. You'll also receive useful tips and recipes to recreate them at home.


From Kagami-biraki to Unlimited Sake & Matcha

The experience begins with Kagami-biraki, a traditional Japanese ritual wishing for new beginnings and good fortune. Join in shouting "Yoisho!" with other participants as you open the sake barrel and toast, setting a joyous mood for the rest of the experience.

Enjoy unlimited sake with your sushi. Non-alcoholic options like water or warm Japanese tea are available for those who don't drink alcohol. At the end, you'll whisk your own matcha, complete your cup, and savor it slowly.
