🍎 Honest review of Sphere's The Wizard of Oz! I booked through WAG to see the Wizard of Oz performance! I knew seats were assigned randomly, so I booked sections 405/407, but I was so happy to be assigned to the 3rd row of section 405! ᗴ͜ꩰ(՞⸝⸝o̴̶̷̥᷅ ̫ o̴̶̷᷄⸝⸝՞) ꩰ͜ᗱ 🤎 Because of the screen size and production effects that I've never experienced in Korea, it was an experience that really made me shout "Technology!!" inside my head lol. Since it's the US, it wasn't easy watching it in English without subtitles, but the story of The Wizard of Oz is familiar to me, and since I had no trouble understanding it just by watching Wicked beforehand, it was fine! In particular, during the scene where they are swept away by a typhoon, real fallen leaves were flying around inside the sphere, and during the scene where the apple tree sways, there was a performance where apples fell from above, which I think made the audience even more excited haha 🍎🍃 I definitely want to go see it again if they ever have a new Anima performance! When I booked through WAG, the voucher came via email and I saved it to my Apple Wallet, but I found out that when actually entering, you have to show the barcode displayed in real-time on the Ticketmaster website, not the Wallet or a screenshot, to get in! Make sure to check this in advance so you don't get flustered haha.

The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere was a magnificent experience. We had good seats but I think it was too pricey. On the whole, a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend it

A Fantastical Realm Unveiled on a 160,000 Sq Ft Ultra-High-Definition Display

A canvas of space and time, larger than a football field, envelops your senses. From the dizzying vortex of a massive tornado sweeping through Kansas to the vivid colors of the Emerald City, the three-dimensional pixels that dominate your entire field of vision deliver a powerful illusion and visual catharsis, making you feel as if you are walking the very land of Oz.

The Resonance of 167,000 Speakers: A Remastered Orchestral Sound

Unrivaled Realism with Haptic Seats and Special Environmental Effects

Go beyond passive viewing and experience the story with all five senses. Combined with haptic seats that transmit first-person vibrations in sync with the narrative's rhythm—complete with subtle changes in wind and temperature—you'll vividly feel the tension of a swirling tornado and the lightness of walking the Yellow Brick Road.

"As the grand orchestral score enveloped my ears and the Yellow Brick Road unfurled beneath my feet, I felt an involuntary shiver of exhilaration. This wasn't just a recreation of the film; the vividness, as if I were Dorothy's companion walking through a fantasy world, left a unique impression unlike any other show in Las Vegas. Step onto this miraculous land of Oz, where technology meets fairy tale, and experience the most sophisticated and overwhelming fantasy of your life."
