Rio de Janeiro Half-Day Tour: Christ the Redeemer, Selarón Steps & Sugarloaf Sunset

Sandra was a phenomenal guide who gave information on all the neighbourhoods in between spots as well as famous landmarks in 3 different languages. She made the day an absolute joy and found her, as well as the driver, to be extremely accommodating. Would recommend!

It's a great tour if you want to see Rio's highlights in one tour. The views from Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf mountain are amazing! Jonas was a good guide and gave background information while on the mini bus. Although the actual tour is approximately 6 hours, you will be away for 8 hours. Because of heavy traffic and all the pick ups, you spend quite some time in the bus. But that's also a good way to see and experience Rio. I would advice to bring something to eat. There is little time between the sights and you can only pick up snacks and ice cream.

Jonas was the guide for our group of 17. He took the time to get to know all of us and made sure that we understood him. Whether you spoke Portuguese, Spanish or English he had it covered. Jonas gave history on Brazil, helped keep us safe by giving us tips and helpful reminders when needed. The day I went was the NFL soccer game and my buddy and I were headed there from the last stop on the tour. Jonas kind enough to ensure any left items were returned to my hotel. I have recommended this tour and Jonas to others and they’ve book for tomorrow! Thank You for sure a wonderful experience!
