It was wonderful, the ceremony was very relaxing and the host of the ceremony speaks perfect Spanish, which is greatly appreciated because we were able to understand and enjoy the entire ceremony. The matcha tea is spectacular and the sweets too. Thank you very much. It was great.

Good experience overall. The dive spots were surprisingly close, only a few tens of meters, which was a bit strange. Apart from that, the day was pleasant and it was quite worth it.

They absolutely went up and beyond what was expected for this trip. From providing very detailed instructions, making it very safe, very fun and had a good amount of time snorkeling. View was fantastic. must of seen 1000s fishs that day even saw sea turtle too.

The snorkeling spots were quite good, but it felt like being in a kindergarten. We were snorkeling and the guides kept reminding us not to dive???!!! 😆 Every time we went to a new spot, the guide would tell us which side of the boat we could snorkel on. It was far too restricted an activity for what it was. However, the activity offered value for money as we encountered a turtle, a sea snake, and a shark!

Don't get the lunch - 980¥ for rice and curry sauce and some pineapple. Much better off bringing your own food. Unfortunately we didn’t get to go to the Kerama islands and it wasn’t explained why. The ocean was pretty rough on our way out, so that’s my guess. Went to the three closest to the port - I forget the name. Water is nice and there’s plenty of coral. Saw a good amount of fish and two different species of sea turtles. Not a lot of freedom to swim off on your own, a guide in the water will call you back. I understand it’s for safety reasons and keeping a large group under control, but this was disappointing. Had a good time, thanks - but sad I didn’t get to see the Kerama islands as the name suggests.

Get picked up in Naha
and head to the Kerama Islands

You will be picked up by car from your selected hotel or designated location in Naha City and taken to the port (about 30 minutes). The boat departs at 8:00 AM, and a speedboat ride of about 1 hour brings you to the waters of Keramashoto National Park. Free water and tea are served on board, and seasickness medicine is available on request.

Snorkel at three different spots

Visit three popular snorkeling spots in the Kerama Islands with your instructors. You will spend about 1.5 hours at the first and third spots and about 2.5 hours at the second spot including lunch time, observing coral reefs and colorful marine life.

All snorkeling equipment is provided, and all staff are qualified instructors trained in first aid. For safety, you must wear a wetsuit or life jacket, and swim rings can be borrowed free of charge (reservation required).

Relax on the boat and admire the Kerama Blue

Relax on a large boat while enjoying the beautiful sea around Tokashiki, Zamami, Kuroshima and Maejima Islands. In August and September, you can enjoy shaved ice inspired by the famous "Kerama Blue" sea. Lunch is not included, so please bring a packed lunch.

In winter, the water temperature is about 22°C and the air temperature about 20°C. If it is cold, a 3mm hooded vest and a warm coat are provided. Events such as mochi pounding (rice cake making) are held during the New Year holidays.

Whale watching in winter

From January 12 to March, whale watching is offered for a limited period. After the tour, the speedboat takes you back to Naha in about 1 hour, and you will be dropped off by car at your pickup hotel or designated location in Naha City.
