The bus does not go via Porta Romano which makes the roadway unnecessarily longer to the central station. However, you get a bus ride through the city.

Easy to find the departure point, punctual departure, and comfortable bus. However, I considered the return to be early, at 4:15 PM, since we arrived at 10:20 AM and the outlet is very large.

I found the location very easily above the fare. While the bus was comfortable on the way there, the bus on the return journey was older. They also threw the luggage carelessly. We were given someone else's luggage; if we hadn't opened it, it would have been mixed up in the end. The mall visit, everyone's shopping is different.

We were told it takes 1 1/2 hour drive when in fact it was over 2 hours. Asked to come back early if there was room and said yes but would have to pay an additional fee.
