The entrance is on the 3rd floor of the Grand Green Osaka South Building. Show your ticket screen at the front desk, then freely use the large baths and saunas, fitness gym and studio, indoor heated pool, lounge and dining areas, meditation cave and more. You can stay up to 12 hours per entry.

Meals by plan

Healthy meal plan: one of 4 healthy dishes made with Hishiroku rice koji natural fermented sauces (chicken thigh sauté, miso cream risotto, mushroom and bacon pasta, grilled beef with tomato and potato sauce) + one meditation session
Early breakfast plan: entry 05:00–10:00, one of 3 breakfasts + one meditation session + 30 minutes in an electric massage booth
Sushi gozen plan: 12 pieces of sushi recommended by the chef, assorted tempura, chawanmushi, 2 small side dishes and koji miso soup
