Walk the alleys of Gamcheon Culture Village,
the Machu Picchu of Busan
After pickup from your accommodation in Busan, head to Gamcheon Culture Village, often called the 'Machu Picchu of Busan'. Spend about 2 hours with your guide exploring winding alleys full of colorful hillside houses, murals and creative installations. Your guide will tell you how this small hillside community became one of Busan's best-loved cultural landmarks, and you'll have time to enjoy the panoramic views and browse small local shops.
Visit the sights around Hwangnyeongsan, Songdo and Nampo-dong
Travel comfortably by vehicle to major Busan sights such as Hwangnyeongsan Mountain, the Songdo Skywalk, BIFF Square, Jagalchi Market and Gukje Market. Listen to your guide's explanations along the way, and your guide will also take photos of you. Lunch is Korean BBQ (vegetarian option available).
Discover Haedong Yonggungsa, a temple by the sea
Follow Busan's northeastern coastline to Haedong Yonggungsa, a temple built on the rocky shore right beside the sea, and spend about 1 hour there. Your guide will introduce the temple's history and symbolism, and there are plenty of photo spots, from the colorful main hall to the Buddha statue overlooking the sea. At the end of the tour, you'll be dropped off in Busan city.
