• This product can be reserved for 2 or more people, and the maximum capacity is 4 people .
• Please note that the price varies depending on the number of reservations.
• Please arrive in the lobby at least 10 minutes before the pickup time.
• Your designated pick-up time will be notified with your voucher after completing your reservation.
• The meeting will basically be held in the requested hotel lobby, and in case of exceptions, you will be notified in advance. (ex. In the case of Bali Club Med, the driver’s access is restricted and the event takes place in the security area at the main gate)
• Due to the nature of the Bali region, pick-up service may be delayed depending on local conditions such as road conditions, and complaints due to this are not possible.
• If you have a special constitution or allergies, please check in advance and make a reservation carefully.
• After food is served, refunds are not possible for individual reasons.
• The price per person includes pick-up and drop-off to Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, and Canggu.
• After confirmation, you will be informed of the pickup time via email voucher around 4:00-4:30 PM.
• The vehicle can be used autonomously for 6 hours, up to 10 p.m. Parking and toll fees are separate.

• Even after payment is completed, it may be canceled due to reasons such as number of guests or reservation status. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• If you are late and cannot make the meeting, you will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.
