• Feeding or touching the dolphins must be done under supervision, and no noise is allowed.
• Photos and videos are limited to one person at a time. Professional cameras are not allowed (only smartphone cameras are allowed).
• Remove all jewelry before meeting the dolphins. Do not bring sunscreen, food, or drinks.
• Please keep your personal belongings safe as we are not responsible for lost items.
• Children under 1 year old can enter the park for free, but cannot participate in any activities.
• Children are defined as those aged between 2 and 11 years. Children aged between 2 and 5 years must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
• For children ages 6-11, one adult guardian must be present in the same program.
• Pregnant and menstruating women cannot participate in the Discovery Program, but can participate in other programs.
• For infants and the elderly, it is recommended to choose a no swimming program.
• All guests are required to follow the swimwear and animal welfare policy.
• Children must participate in the same program with an adult.
• Please let us know if you have a physical disability, autism, or other mental health issues.
• The schedule may change depending on weather conditions.
• Please make sure to bring your passport or ID card before entering.
• This product cannot be changed or cancelled after reservation is confirmed.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
