• The Pattaya Floating Market is 2 hours drive away from Bangkok.
• Please contact the local operator (Thai Club, 086-053-8465) in case of any issues you encounter on-site.
• The product cannot be reserved on the day of use. You have to receive the confirmed voucher a day before the scheduled date. 
• Please select the intended date of your visit as your reservation date.
• The adult rate applies to visitors 120cm and above in height.
• Your reservation is not complete until you have received a confirmation voucher.
• Refunds and changes to reservations will not be made for late arrivals or no-shows.

Cancellation 3 days before the date of use, full refund
2 days before the date of use - on selected date or no-show up, no refund
Due to natural disaster or tour operator's circumstance cancellation - full refund for the products.
Cancellation/Refund available during business hours - 09:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Any change requests after 5:00 PM counts as the next business day.
Reservation changes also follow the cancellation policies.
