at Mong Chang Cafe, Pattaya Elephant Village
Mong Chang Cafe sits inside Pattaya Elephant Village, a place surrounded by greenery where you can meet elephants up close and enjoy Thai food. Choose from elephant trekking, elephant bathing or ATV rides. The cafe is open daily 10:00-19:00, and elephant trekking runs 10:00-17:00.
Trek on the back of an elephant
Choose a 10, 25 or 40-minute trek, riding solo on your own elephant or two people per elephant. Depending on the option, a coconut or a cafe drink coupon is included.
Splash around with elephants
The elephant bathing program comes in 1-hour and 2-hour options. It includes a jeep safari, bananas for the elephants, a welcome drink, a mahout costume, towels and soap; the 2-hour option adds a Lanna-style Khantoke set meal on a raft. Free shuttle within the Pattaya area is included.
Ride an ATV through the forest
Each ATV carries 2 people, 1 rider and 1 passenger (combined weight up to 190 kg). Choose a 15-minute, 30-minute or 1-hour package; a helmet, a bottle of water, entry to the Mong Chang Cafe area and the Fantasy Show are included.
