Hotel pick-up & drop-off related

- If you are late and cannot make the meeting, you will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.
- The meeting will basically be held in the requested hotel lobby, and in case of exceptions, you will be notified in advance.
- In the case of Bali Club Med, the driver's access is restricted and the event takes place at the security area at the main entrance.
- Due to the nature of the Bali region, pick-up service may be delayed depending on local conditions such as road conditions, and complaints due to this are not possible.
