- After booking a ticket, please reserve a time slot for your visit here. This is required for all ticketholders prior to visiting. (Click “J’ai déjà mon billet” or "I already have a ticket", and choose the desired time slot.
- Show the ticket along with your time slot reservation at the entrance.
- Domestic pets are not allowed except companion animals. Please show valid proof for admission.
- Cloakroom facilities and public toilets are not available within the monument.
- Tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed inside the monument.
- Strollers should be small in size and foldable in order to fit into X-ray detection machines.
- Personal photography is authorized under the condition that visitors will respect the legislation on the image and privacy rights of others.
Admission is free during the European Heritage Days (September 16 & 17) and on the first Sunday of the month (from November to March).
Those who meet the following conditions enter the monument free:
- Visitors under 18 years old (with family and outside school groups)
- Visitors 18-25 years old who are EU or EEA nationals and assimilated holders of a residence permit (excluding student groups)
- Disabled persons and aide
Safety Measures
- The Sainte-Chapelle is situated within the perimeter of the Palace of Justice. All visitors must comply with the security controls at the entrance.
- A security perimeter is deployed around the Palace of Justice from Monday to Friday.
- Bags are controlled at the entrance to the monument. Sharp objects are prohibited, and visitors cannot enter with suitcases or voluminous bags.
- Please note that the wearing of a face mask is strongly recommended.
- Sanitizers are provided.
