As soon as I arrived at Marco Polo Airport, the driver was waiting for me holding a name sign, so I was able to find it right away. They even helped me load my luggage, and the interior of the sedan was clean and comfortable, which really helped relieve the fatigue from the long-distance flight. I was able to get straight to the hotel, so there was no stress about transferring public transportation!

Airport Pickup: Meet the driver in accordance with the airport arrival time entered during booking. (The driver will wait for approximately 1 hour based on your arrival time. Additional waiting time beyond this will incur extra charges.)
Airport Drop-off: Meet the driver at the designated meeting time and location entered during booking. (If the driver waits for more than 10 minutes, additional charges may apply. If 10 minutes pass without contact, the driver will leave, and the service fee is non-refundable.)
