Great service. We were dropped to within a 2 minute walk of our hotel. Received an email the day before departure giving us a time and pier for collection. Taxi was right on time.

Booking a shared taxi was a fabulous way to arrive in Venice! Easy to locate the office, with friendly English speaking staff. We had to wait only 15 minutes for the rest of the passengers to arrive. The party are given a ticket/itinerary to give to the taxi driver. We were called onto the boat in order. It was great fun travelling across the main lagoon area (don’t sit outside at the back if you don’t want to get damp!😆). Once entering the canals it slowed down and it was great to rake in the views of Venice at a leisurely pace. Highly recommend this mode of transport from the airport (Marco San Polo)

It's about a 10-minute walk from the airport to the external boarding point. Since all passengers depart together on the same taxi, you may wait up to 40 minutes at the airport for other passengers.

Cross the lagoon and get close to your hotel

The water taxi will cross the lagoon to your hotel or the nearest accessible point. Some hotels along the Grand Canal and Hilton Molino Stucky allow direct boarding from the hotel. For locations within inner canals where direct boat access is difficult, you will board and disembark at designated spots within walking distance of your hotel.
