Meeting point:
It will be held in the lobby of the hotel you are staying at.
However, in the case of Bali Club Med, the driver's access is restricted and the event takes place at the security area at the main gate.
For hotels like this, we will provide you with information about the hotel pick-up location in advance.

Meeting time:
The dive takes place in the morning, and pick-up time varies depending on your hotel. The exact meeting time will be announced after your reservation is confirmed.
Please be sure to check the exact pick-up time as it will be sent to you via voucher after completing your reservation.

• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Pick-up and drop-off hotels must be the same, and if you enter an incorrect address or hotel name, the hotel pick-up service may be automatically canceled.
• If you are staying in the Ubud area, pickup may not be possible or additional charges may apply.
• Pick-up service may be delayed depending on local Bali traffic conditions.
• Information such as age, gender, height, and weight will be used to provide rental equipment. Please enter it accurately.
• Available for reservations of at least 2 adults. However, in the case of Menjangan, a minimum reservation of 3 people is required.
• The diving company is responsible for compensation for injuries and losses that occur during diving.
• Lunch is not provided for one dive in Nusa Dua.
• Please note that scuba diving is not possible within 24 hours of boarding the plane.
• Experience diving is diving that can be enjoyed even by those without certification, while fun diving is diving that can only be enjoyed by those with certification.
