• Reservation cancellation penalty information
– When canceled 14 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund of the total amount reserved
– If canceled 13 to 8 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
– When canceled 7 to 4 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount is charged.
– When canceled 0 to 3 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: No full refund.

•Compensation for damages related to travel insurance and tours
– Independent travel customers must personally sign up for travel insurance before departure (required).
– Compensation for damages incurred while using the independent travel product is 100% with the actual contracting company.
