However, in the case of Bali Club Med, the driver's access is restricted and the event takes place at the security area at the main gate.
For hotels like this, we will provide you with information about the hotel pick-up location in advance.

• The 3-hour tour time includes lunch, shower, and driving.
• Pick-up service may be delayed depending on local Bali traffic conditions.
• The pick-up and drop-off hotel must be the same, and if the address and hotel name are entered incorrectly, the hotel pick-up service may be automatically canceled.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• It is run by a team of approximately 10 people.
• Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in the tour.
• The meeting is basically held in the hotel lobby, but in case of exceptional circumstances, you will be notified in advance.
• Please make sure to reserve an even number of people for the 2-seater ATV.
• Please prepare sunscreen, towels, a change of clothes, drinks, etc.
• Reservations are possible for a minimum of 2 people.
• Pickup is not included by default, and for round-trip pick-up service, you must purchase an additional regional pick-up/drop-off vehicle option.
• Available for ages 6 - 64 and costs the same as adults.

– If canceled 14 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund of the total amount booked
– If canceled 13 to 8 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount booked will be charged.
– If canceled 7 to 4 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 60% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
– If canceled 0 to 3 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: Full refund is not possible.
