• This is a private tour with a personal guide. (English available)
• Premium private tours include extra snacks, cold towels, beer, soft drinks and coolers filled with water. Travel in a more comfortable vehicle with built-in WIFI and Bluetooth audio.
• Please bring sunglasses, sunscreen, comfortable shoes, a swimsuit, a towel, sandals, a camera, and long tops and bottoms.
• Sleeveless clothing may not be permitted entry.
• Pregnant women, people with heart disease, and people with limited mobility are not recommended to participate.
• You can soak in water, climb stairs, hike, and walk along rocky paths. Just be sure to prepare properly.
• Lempuyang Temple may temporarily close photography due to religious ceremonies. During this time, photography is not allowed at the Gate of Heaven, but the temple can still be visited.
• If you choose the professional drone footage option, a professional drone pilot will accompany you on your tour. After the tour, a high-quality, edited video of 3-4 minutes in length will be sent to your email address 24 hours later.
• For hotel pick-ups, we recommend departing early during peak season (April - September) to avoid traffic congestion and queues at temples.
• Among the options, lunch is served at a local restaurant.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.

Cancellation is not possible from 2 days before the date of use to the day of use.
If you cancel up to 3 days before the date of use, a full refund will be given (based on WAG business days)

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
