• Cold starter: Smoked duck and turkey breast on lettuce salad and garnished with roasted red and yellow beet slices. Cheese mousse, freshly baked bread

• Main course: Pork roasted for 12 hours with a mix of spices, served with mashed potatoes, mustard, and horseradish.

2. Poultry menu

• Cold starter: Smoked duck and turkey breast on lettuce salad and garnished with roasted red and yellow beet slices. Cheese mousse, freshly baked bread
