LA Marina Del Rey Night Dinner Cruise

My server was very good.

The ship was beautiful, clean, well decorated. Our server, Rey was wonderful. Food was very tasty and well prepared. We were very impressed with almost everything. Okay, here comes the negative side. I’m not complaining about the quality of the music because it was obvious that most of the guests liked it. However after the dinner had been served the volume was cranked up to such a level that my guest and I could not carry on a conversation across the table even if we shouted. I hope it was for this particular occasion and not the norm but I have no way of knowing. I would still take the dinner cruise again but would go below or outside next time.

We like the place but not the person incharge of running the cruise ship. He is not friendly & look respectable to anyone.

We did the dinner cruise with a party of four. We found the boat with no problems. “City Cruises” was well marked. The waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed but did ok. Food was better than expected. We would recommend the salmon or chicken over the iron steak. We tried all the appetizer options and liked them all. We also each ordered a separate dessert and liked them all. The time went quickly. We spent some time on the top watching the harbor and some of the time at our table. A relaxing time spent with family.
