Starting from the Hungarian State Opera, explore Budapest's illuminated landmarks on foot with an English-speaking guide. See the city's most iconic sights by night, including Andrássy Avenue, St. Stephen's Basilica, Liberty Square, the Parliament Building and the Chain Bridge. Along the way, your guide shares stories about Hungary's origins, myths and legends, as well as its language and culture. Finish with a 1-hour cruise on the Danube, enjoying the riverside night views with a drink.

Meet your guide in front of the Hungarian State Opera to begin the tour. Follow a walking route designed for the best views of Budapest at night, and discover a completely different side of the city over about 2 hours.
As you pass along Andrássy Avenue toward St. Stephen's Basilica and Liberty Square, your guide tells interesting stories about each landmark.

At the Hungarian Parliament Building, you have about 20 minutes to look around and take photos. Then walk across the Chain Bridge and along the Danube Promenade to enjoy the riverside views, with a photo stop in front of the Vigadó Concert Hall.
Throughout the tour, hear about Hungary's origins, myths and legends from the Dark Ages to the present, and the development of the Hungarian language, culture and nation over 1,000 years.

After the walking tour, board a boat for a 1-hour cruise along the Danube. Choose one drink from champagne, wine, beer, soft drinks or water, and relax under the night sky. The tour ends at the Legenda City Cruises pier.
