- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible for unused tickets within the validity period.
- Because it is an alpine area, the entire small Swiss Garden may be closed in case of severe fog, typhoon (Nantou County government announces closure of business), or bad weather.
- Please purchase children's tickets on site.
- If you are unable to enter due to force majeure such as weather, please visit on another day. No refunds or compensation will be given.
- Visitors planning to enter each facility multiple times per day must get a hand stamp at the ticket booth. Upon re-entry, present your valid ticket and hand stamp to the ticket gate.

- Children under 6 years old can enter for free, and children between 6 and 12 years old must purchase preferential tickets.
- Those aged 65 and older can purchase special tickets on site. (bring your passport)
- The validity period of this ticket is 1 year from the date of voucher issuance, and after using one of the two tickets, the remaining ticket must be used within 14 days.
- This ticket can be used any time on weekdays or holidays.
