Cancellation and Refund
- 100% refund of payment 5 days before boarding
- 50% refund of payment 3 days before boarding
- 30% refund of payment 1 day before boarding
- On the day of boarding: No cancellation or refund (No refund or time change due to non-compliance with the reserved boarding time)
1) Rain Rules
In case of rain, raincoats and mats will be provided and the tour will operate normally with exciting music.
(However, in case of heavy rain warning or if the Han River Business Headquarters requests a suspension of operation, the tour will not operate and in this case, you will be notified by phone.)
If you do not wish to board on the day of boarding 'in case of rain', please let us know by phone (02.599.0900) 1 hour before boarding and we will help you change the date or cancel 100% free of charge. (However, if you do not inform us of your boarding status and are a no-show, cancellation and refund will not be possible.)
2) In case of cancellation due to our problem, the full fare will be refunded
3) In case of cancellation due to weather, natural disaster, or Han River conditions, the full fare will be refunded
